Shipping and Delivery

All of our products can be delivered nationwide, with the exception of a few places outside the reach of our logistical partners.

Please give us 3 to 5 working days to process and deliver your orders for standard deliveries.

Please give us 1-10 working days to process and deliver your orders to Luzon.

Please give us 2-10 working days to process and deliver your orders to the Visayas.

Please give us 3-10 working days to process and deliver your orders to Mindanao.

Same Day Delivery is available every day! We deliver to select areas within Metro Manila. Price is dependent on our partner courier (Borzo, Grab, Lalamove, etc) to be discussed via call or message.

We accept P2,000.00 for Cash on Delivery transactions only.

No worries! We can reschedule the delivery. But please note that your order will only be delivered in a maximum of two attempts. A second attempt will incur additional shipping charges. Our customer service agent will contact you and arrange your return request as soon as possible.

Refunds by credit card, over-the-counter, and Cash on Delivery transactions will be processed within 15–30 business working days.

Refunds via Cash on Delivery and over-the-counter transactions will be processed using GCash. You can redeem the check at your chosen DIY Hardware store. When it is ready for release, our customer service representative will contact you.
