Refunds

Any merchandise may be returned within seven (7) days of purchase with the receipt and barcodes attached and in good condition. To be eligible for a return, your item MUST be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If any of these requirements are not met, DIY Hardware reserves the right to refuse to refund the items. Kindly present proof of prucha

Here are some valid reasons for returns and exchanges:

  • Product that is fundamentally different in nature from the product specified in the website;
  • Faulty, defective, or damaged product;
  • Product that is not as advertised on the website;
  • Wrong item is delivered

  Some invalid reasons for returns and exchanges:

  • Product incompatibility issues
  • Repairs or alterations have been made to the unit 
  • The item has been misused, abused or improperly handled

 

Items for exchange may be of the same or higher value as the original item being returned. The price difference of item with higher value than the original item must be paid. Customer waives any excess amount if item chosen for exchange has lower value than the original item. 

 

To start a return, you can contact us at diyhardwareonline@gmail.com. The item and its packaging must both be in good condition and the receipt must be presented to be eligible for a return. If your return is accepted, DIY Hardware must first receive the item back and the costs incurred by the customer except for the initial shipping fee, will be refunded. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping Fee Return Policy

For returns due to seller fault, sending the item back to us will be FREE for the customers and will be shouldered by DIY Hardware.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
