The 25th Anniversary Grand Raffle: Shop to Ride!
Promo Duration: August 1 - October 31, 2023
I. MECHANICS
“For every PHP 1,000.00 purchase including any items of the participating brands, customers will receive one (1) e-raffle entry. This entry grants them an opportunity to win one of the prizes.”
1. Customers who are 18 and above are eligible to join the promo.
2. For every PHP 1,000.00 purchase including any items of the participating brands, customers will receive one (1) e-raffle entry. Customers can have more than one entry as long as the PHP 1,000.00 minimum purchase in a single receipt is followed. The number of entries corresponds to the customer's total purchase amount. For instance, if a customer is entitled to three entries, their coupon will display three raffle series numbers.
To illustrate: Customer A and Customer B made purchases within the promotional period. Customer A spent PHP 1,200.00 on participating brands, entitling them to one e-raffle entry. In contrast, Customer B spent PHP 3,500.00 on participating brands, earning them three e-raffle entries.
3. For eligible online transactions, customers who opt for in-store pickup will receive a receipt and a coupon with their e-raffle series number. They can simply scan the store's provided QR Code to submit their raffle entry. Likewise, for eligible delivery transactions, customers will receive a receipt and a coupon with their e-raffle series number. They can enter the e-raffle by submitting their entries using the Google Form link provided on the coupon. Please note that only Facebook and Website orders are accepted; transactions on Lazada and Shopee are not eligible.
4. Customers who are eligible to join the e-raffle will receive a separate coupon along with their receipt containing their e-raffle series number. A customer will receive one (1) e-raffle series number per entry.
If Customer A is eligible for three (3) e-raffle entries, Customer A will receive one coupon containing the 3 e-raffle series numbers.
5. When customers make a qualifying purchase, DIY Hardware will provide them with a QR Code at the counter. Customers can scan this code to access the Google Form where they can enter the required information to submit their entry. Additionally, the coupon provided to customers will include a link to the Google Form. This means that they can access the form even after they leave the store, using the link provided in the coupon.
6. The Google Form will contain the complete mechanics, duration of the promo, deadline for submission of entry, the drawing date, and the permit number provided and granted by DTI (complete mechanics) : Per DTI Fair Trade Permit No. FTEB-168094 Series of 2023
7. The customer must fill up the required data for the e-raffle entry: Email, Complete Name, Complete Address, Gender, Birthday, Age, Contact Number, Date of Transaction, Transaction Number, Store Invoice Number, Store Branch, and E-raffle Series Number.
Note: If a customer is eligible for more than one raffle entry, they must fill up the Google form again. Customers must input the different raffle series number printed on the coupon that they received per entry, while submitting the same Date of Transaction, Store Invoice, Transaction Number, and Store Branch.

8. After customers submit the Google Form, they will receive a confirmation message that reads "Thank you for joining! Your raffle entry has been submitted. Best of luck, DIY Hardware Fam!" This message confirms that the customer has successfully submitted their entry.
9. The Deadline of Submission of entries is until October 31, 2023, 11:00 PM only.
II. RAFFLE DRAW AND PRIZES
1. On November 14, 2023 at 1:00 pm, the raffle draw will be done through a random generator. Forty-one (41) entries will be drawn.
2. The drawing of winners will be held at the DIY Hardware Head Office located at PHILFLEX Bay Center, Coral Way Drive Central Business Park, 1 Pasay, 1300 Metro Manila 1709 Pasay City, Philippines. A DTI Representative will be present to witness the drawing of the winners.
3. The raffle draw will be streamed online via the official Facebook page of DIY Hardware.
4. Customers can only win once during the promotion period. If the winner is drawn twice, he/she will get the higher value.
5. Registration and other related expenses on all prizes (i.e., car, motorcycles, and bicycles) are not included, and must be shouldered by the winners.
6. Raffle prizes are transferable but cannot be exchanged for nor redeemed as cash or other items..
III. ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS
1. Winners will be notified through email and contact number provided. Only the official DIY Hardware email (info@diy.com.ph) and contact number (0999-999-8349) will be used.
2. DIY Hardware reserves the right to conduct background checks for a maximum period of three (3) weeks to ensure that the winners have followed the mechanics. The winners must submit two (2) valid IDs via DIY Hardware's official email account for the purpose of the background check.
3. Once DIY Hardware has completed the necessary background checks to verify the legitimacy of the winners, an official list of the winners will be published on the official Facebook page of DIY Hardware.
4. The members of DIY Hardware’s Marketing Department are the only people who have the right to announce the winners of the grand raffle promo.
IV. CLAIMING OF PRIZES
1. Winners must submit the following requirements to claim their prize during awarding:
- Two (2) Valid IDs with picture and address
- Receipt and raffle coupon
- Official text or email notification, or printed out notification

2. The schedule of awarding shall be agreed upon by DIY Hardware and the winners. Awarding of winners will be documented at DIY Hardware Head Office located at PHILFLEX Bay Center, Coral Way Drive Central Business Park, 1, Pasay, 1300 Metro Manila 1709 Pasay City, Philippines.
3. If the winner is unable to claim the prize him/herself, a representative must present the necessary documents:
- A letter of authorization duly signed by the winner, nominating the parent/ legal guardian, or representative as the acknowledged recipient of the prize on the winners’ behalf
- Two (2) original Valid IDs of the winner with picture and address
- Two (2) original Valid IDs of the representative/ legal guardian.
- Original receipt and raffle coupon
4. Prizes not claimed after the sixty (60) day period will be forfeited and may be used as deemed necessary by DIY Hardware upon approval of DTI.
V. PROVISIONS FOR VALID ENTRIES
- All decisions made by DIY Hardware are final, and no correspondence will be entertained without the concurrence of the DTI.
- DIY Hardware reserves the right to disqualify anyone who fails to follow instructions.
VI. CONTROL MEASURES
- A DTI representative will be invited to witness the drawing of winners.
- The list of winners will be given to the DTI representative after determination.
- Employees of the promoting agency The DIY Shop Corporation and participating outlets, as well as their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are ineligible to participate in the promotion.
- The DIY (do-it-yourself) Shop Corp. reserves the right to disclose and publish names, photos and other information of the winners in any mode or manner, as relevant to the promotion, in any mode or manner as they may deem appropriate.
